Brookwell Billiards started with a desire to solve these industry-wide problems:
1) Search results for pool table services are crowded with confusing lead-generation pages, generic websites, and companies who hand off responsibility to a separate company who then shows up at your home, often completely unmentioned.
2) Pool table services are not governed by a single nationwide trade license.
The results of these problems?
Customers often don’t know the people who show up to their home.
We often get calls from people asking if we could stop by and “level it properly”.

Our Mission
The team here at Brookwell Billiards is working relentlessly to not just provide the best quality of service we possibly can, but to improve the billiard services industry as a whole.
Our mission is for customers to get the highest quality service they can, and make it as easy for them to do so as possible. For certain jobs, we have teams of trusted third party service providers which allow us to deliver the quality of service that we are committed to upholding. Our warranty still applies identically, so you aren’t responsible for improper work, we are. We follow up after each job to ask questions about how we can improve.
All billiard services are covered under our multi-year warranty which outlines our quality thresholds. Our warranty covers the service that you are hiring us to do and says we are responsible for doing it to the outlined quality*. Meaning you can rest knowing problems such as your table not being level, the seams not being even, or felt not being stretched properly, aren’t going to be problems you get stranded with.
